Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
Granulated sugar(just estimate)
Procedure:
- Preheat oven 350F(180C)
- Combine peanut butter, Brown Sugar and Egg in Medium bowl with mixing spoon until well blend. Mix well
- Roll heaping of dough into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place ball 2 inches apart on ungrease cookie sheets.
- Dip table fork into granulated sugar, Press criss-cross design into ball, fattening to 1/2-inch thickness.
- Bake 12 minutes or until set. Let cookies stand on cookie sheets 2 minutes.
- Remove cookies with spatula to wire racks: Cool completely.
- Store tightly covered at room temperature or freeze up to 3 months.
Makes About 2 dozen cookies
